Are you a licensed electrician?
Yes. We are a licensed master electrician, license no. 13926 issued by the Puerto Rico Electricians Examining Board, and VR Electric Solution LLC is a legally established company on the island.
Do you handle emergencies outside regular hours?
Our regular hours are Monday through Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and we also offer 24/7 emergency service for outages and urgent electrical situations.
What areas of Puerto Rico do you serve?
We’re based in Bayamón and serve all of Puerto Rico, with mobile units and our own equipment for residential, commercial, industrial, and government projects.
Does the estimate cost anything or come with an obligation?
No. We provide clear, detailed, no-obligation estimates, with full transparency from the start and no hidden fees at the end.
Does your work meet Electrical Code requirements?
All our work is designed, installed, and maintained in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and current safety standards, and we include electrical certifications and inspections.
Do you rent equipment with an operator?
Yes. We have our own bucket truck, Digger Derrick (auger truck), and mini excavators, available with an operator for infrastructure, construction, and elevated-access work.
Do you install generators and transfer switches?
We install, maintain, and repair residential and industrial generators, along with manual and automatic transfer switches (ATS) for backup of critical operations.
